The referee's committee of the Football Federation of Ukraine published the list of arbiters who would officiate the matches of the 20^th round of the Epicentre of the football championship of Ukraine. The match Metallurg Donetsk – Metallurg Zaporizhia  will be officiated by Orest Shmigel’skiy (Lviv) – the first category referee. Arbiter’s assistants – Vitaliy Ponomarev (Lviv) and Valeriy Davydov (Kremenchug). Reserve arbitrator – Uriy Moseuchuk (Chernovtsy). The delegate from FFU – Grigoriy Simonov (Kyiv). The inspector from FFU – Igor’ Yarmenchuk (Kyiv).

Orest Shmigel’skiy was born on 13 April 1969. Height – 177 cm, weight – 77 kg. He has officiated the matches of High League since 2002. At present he officiated 48 matches  of the national championship. He showed 147 yellow and 2 red cards.
